Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
Important Verification Requirement

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Return Approval
