At KRYZELA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.

Important Verification Requirement

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Return Approval

  • KRYZELA reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
